This project consisted of a new 1,520 SF Jersey Mike’s Restaurant in Wasilla Alaska.
The scope of work included the installation of a signature 14-foot open deli counter, a commercial kitchen with a hot-grill exhaust hood and walk-in cooler, and a dedicated dining area featuring standard brand millwork, signage, and finishes. All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural modifications was completed to comply with local building codes and Jersey Mike's corporate design standards.
