This project consists of the complete new construction and full-site development of a 5,010 square ft. Sudzy Salmon Car Wash facility, including a separate 318 square ft. vacuum building and multiple outdoor vacuum stations. The development encompasses the entire lot, featuring a modern, high-volume automatic car wash tunnel, chemical application and drying areas, and an adjacent vacuum canopy with 318 square ft. dedicated vacuum building for equipment and supplies. The design incorporates Alaska-inspired Sudzy Salmon branding with vibrant graphics, thematic elements, and durable materials to create an inviting and memorable customer experience while optimizing traffic flow and operational efficiency.
The scope includes full civil site work such as grading, drainage, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, lighting, landscaping, and comprehensive utility infrastructure. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be installed to support high-demand car wash operations, including specialized water reclamation/recycling systems, high-pressure pumps, upgraded electrical service, and energy-efficient HVAC and lighting. Finishes feature corrosion-resistant materials, slip-resistant flooring, and branded signage throughout. The project will be constructed in full compliance with ADA standards, environmental regulations, local building codes, and car wash industry best practices, delivering a turnkey facility poised to become a convenient and distinctive addition to the community.
