Project Description 

This project involves a comprehensive remodel and rebranding of an existing 3,960 square ft. restaurant. The scope includes significant interior modifications and select structural upgrades to fully incorporate the current Taco Bell brand package, creating a modern, energetic, and efficient fast-food environment. Work includes reconfiguration of the dining area, updated ordering and service counters, kitchen layout optimizations for improved workflow, new seating arrangements, and integration of contemporary Taco Bell graphics, menu boards, and signage. The design emphasizes enhanced customer flow and a fresh, vibrant atmosphere that aligns with Taco Bell’s current prototype standards.

The remodel encompasses interior demolition, new structural reinforcements as needed, interior partitions, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. This includes new HVAC systems, energy-efficient LED lighting, upgraded electrical and data systems, fire protection modifications, and modern finishes such as branded flooring, wall treatments, millwork, and restroom updates. Exterior improvements include resurfacing and repainting the building along with new sidewalks. All work will comply with ADA accessibility requirements, local building codes, health department regulations, and Taco Bell’s strict brand and operational standards. The remodel will be executed in a phased approach to minimize disruption to operations, delivering a fully refreshed Taco Bell location ready to serve the community with improved functionality and updated aesthetics.
